zach greenwald
Zach is a Strength Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist with seven years of coaching experience. He is the founder of Strength Ratio, and his clients have included professional GRID athletes, CrossFit Regional athletes, and National Champions in Olympic Weightlifting. Through his programming and coaching, he has resolved shoulder, hip, back, and knee pain for those and many other Strength Ratio clients. Zach has earned a Bachelors of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kyle coaches strength and hybrid athletes through focused, evidence-based training and a client-centered approach — guiding individuals toward their performance, health, and wellness goals.
becca lee
Becca brings a diverse background of experience and expertise to her work as a performance coach. After many years working as a guide in the outdoors and more recently as a massage therapist, Becca's professional focus has been on helping to improve athletes' strength and conditioning through corrective exercises and functional strength. Becca is a USAW Sports Performance Coach, a licensed massage therapist and competes in weightlifting when she has the opportunity.
shane Higgins
Shane brings a perspective of someone who found fitness a little later in life, which gives him a deep appreciation for inclusive spaces and sustainable training. He knows the difference it makes to have someone believe in you, and he strives to support others daily. He loves coaching group classes and aims to make them the best part of your day.
daniel sanchez
Daniel is our gentle giant. His favorite color is blue. And the 6 am crew has lovingly named the class Club Daniel. His favorite thing is seeing someone become empowered by a barbell, with a little help from a good playlist. He loves seeing that aha moment as you grow in your journey with us here at Strength Ratio.
Emily Cerilli
Emily’s love for fitness is rooted in her involvement in Swimming, Track and Field, Ultimate Frisbee, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting. When she became pregnant in 2023, her passion for movement and her interest in birth work collided, and today her main focus revolves around supporting growing bodies during pregnancy, and helping them recover safely and intuitively during postpartum. She loves making workouts fun and uplifting and her favorite part about coaching is meeting clients where they are at and helping them push the needle a little bit further each day.
Meg Montgomery
Meg’s passion for lifting comes from a place of empowerment and sustainability. She believes that fitness and community are the building blocks to a healthy life! Meg was drawn to Strength Ratio by its inclusive gym culture, and she strives to continue that culture moving forward.
