Weightlifting Team Training
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Weightlifting Team Training classes are designed for athletes who are interested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. As such, they features a combination of dedicated instruction in the snatch and clean and jerk and programming that serves to increase an athlete's overall strength. During the week, Weightlifting Team Training coaches will focus on teaching technique; they will encourage athletes to use lighter loads that allow for repeated practice. On the weekends, athletes will be challenged to lift heavier weights by applying what they've learned during the week. After testing their abilities in the snatch and clean and jerk, participants will perform accessory movements to increase their overall strength. This type of concerted training can benefit both weightlifting novices and experienced lifters.

- 3 days/week - $110/month
- Unlimited - $160/month
*Membership allows access to all available classes
*For Unlimited memberships 3 and 12 month agreements feature an applied 15% discount and 20% discount, respectively.
