Weightlifting Team Training

Weightlifting Team training is designed both for individuals who currently train in weightlifting and for those who are new to the sport. This class is dedicated to training athletes in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

Classic Strength

Classic Strength is a group fitness class designed to help clients become stronger, better conditioned, healthier, and more knowledgeable about strength training. Programming combines strongman movements (weighted carrying and anaerobic conditioning), basic multi-joint barbell movements (squats, presses, deadlifts), and bodyweight/gymnastic progressions.

Personal Programming and Training

Strength Ratio began as a personal programming service online. We have had the opportunity to work with national level weightlifters and regional-level crossfiters as well as individuals seeking rehabilitation/pre-habilitation along with improved performance

General Memberships

General memberships are for individuals with strength and conditioning experience who are seeking to join a gym that is run by knowledgeable coaches, that features weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman equipment, and that houses a community of driven, friendly individuals.
