Accessory Programs

Our Accessory Programs are structured to address specific weaknesses and to help clients progress towards long-term goals. They are meant to be followed independently and outside of class, in accordance with clients' schedules. We are currently offering a both a 12 week pull-up program and a 12 week push-up program. These are designed for clients who want to become strong enough to preform their first pull-ups or push-ups and for clients who are looking to improve their capacities in these movements.
